by Crusader1307

Created under authority of England's King Henry VIII in the1540s, The ''Anthony Roll'' is the most comprehensive collection of Tudor Era Warships to have survived into The Modern Era. Compiled by Flemish Artist Anthony Anthony, much of what is known about the construction and function of King Henry's mighty English Navy is gleaned from The Roll.

Each Folio (hand painted), depicts a Warship. Each comes with exact sizing, weaponry, Crew compliment and Flags. Each Roll is 15-feet in length, and were designed to be just that b- ''rolled'' onto a large table top for viewing. The ''Anthony Roll'' was used to help identify the discovered wreck of The ''Mary Rose'' in 1971.
