British Royal Army Division Commander Pennant

by Crusader1307

The next higher Military Formation within The British Royal Army after a Brigade – a Division is typically a combination of (4) Brigades or roughly 20,000 Soldiers of all Ranks. Typically, a British Army Division is commanded by a Major-General.

In The Field, The Division Major-General uses a Field Flag, known as a Pennant – to show the placement of His Headquarters. The Division Commander's Pennant is a modified ''Swallow-Tail'' design (although much larger than a typical Guidon version). The Pennant is shown as a Bright Red Field in it's entirety, devoid of any other forms of identification. Size of this Pennant is 3-feet by 2-feet.
