Wip Eyecandy Invasion Map
Hey folks, I haven't done any map making in years, and I quite fancied having a go again, so I'm making an invasion map, as yet unscripted, so just eyecandy for now. I do have various resources for map making in an external drive, however the usb is broken so it is inaccessible at the moment, I recall that when I enquired it was cheaper to buy a new external casing than it was to get the port repaired, so I'll see about doing that some time. Sh2 Ai Editor Help (Noob)
Not sure how active this forums is, or if anyone here is able to assist. Was having fun recently with Stronghold 2, and came across the AI editor. (Program from this site, to create/edit .aic files for starting castle templates for the various AI personalities in game) I am trying to learn how to use it, but when I open it, it wont maximize. I am using windows 10, the program seems to be opening and running fine, I just cant see it in its entirety. To be 100% clear on the direin Stronghold 2

Microsoft Just Killed the Crusader Ai Village Editor
Microsoft changed what the F1 key does: it pulls open the Bing browser (eww) and opens a useless help file. (why????) In the Stronghold Crusader AIV editor, F1 did a critical function: SAVING the file in progress. I believe Firefly was a bit lazy when they designed the AIV editor because they didn't think that anyone would be using it nearly 20 years later - the AIV editor does not have a save file button! Anyone know a way around this issue? Do I need to install Windows XP on my compu -
New map in progress - Free Build
I don't usually announce a new map being created, but given that I've recently got back into Crusader 2, I've noticed one massive gripe... SIEGES FOR FREE BUILD SPAWN IN THE MOST RIDICULOUS SPOTS EVER AND RUIN THE FUN! Therefore, I am making a free build map with sensible siege spawns, to allow you to defend sensibly against a realistic enemy attack! Keep your eyes peeled! :P -
Stronghold 2 Map Editor Help
Hello, Within the map editor, I am trying to make a trigger where the player takes control of an AI player for a period of time (like in the military campaign, or when you take over Sir William?s estate to gain him honour while he is gone). Does anyone know how to do this? I saw something about controlling AI and it says enabled or disabled... but it seems to not do what I want it to do. Feel free to DM me or reply here!
