Ai-aided Historical Castle for Human Player
Just got a new idea for a map. I could design a new AI that is allied to the human player, that does not produce any units but rather builds a historical castle for a human player. The human player is not allowed to place any walls, towers, or gatehouses. This means that the human player is *forced* to play from behind the confines of a historical castle. This would make historical castle skirmish scenarios possible. What do you think of this idea? -
Your opinion of rats, gong, and criminals in Stronghold 2?
I am making this thread for you to tell us what is your opinion about those three stuff. Some of us don't like it, some of us do, and those of us who don't like it - they may avoid to play the whole game because of that fact. I am one of those who didn't like it much, and who wanted Stronghold 2 to be at least a little bit more simplified, but now I do like it! I believe one can easily build falconers post and gong pit to solve the issue with gong, which is a quite natural problem in a medievalin Stronghold 2

Your opinion about the download comment system
While I'm busy refining the download section, I'm wondering whether to remove the comment system, most of the files that have discussion have threads here anyway, and you would be able to rate a download without writing a comment. In my opinion, all it's doing is slowing the page down, but I'd like to hear what other members of the community think before just removing it. So, what is everyone else's opinion about removing the comment system and just have a simple rate system like the articles,
