No, you do not have to register. You need only register if you wish to actively participate in our community. If you do register you are not required to use your real name, however, you must have a working email address.

Reputation is a way of acknowledging helpful users, it can be given to or taken from users based on how helpful their responses are on the forum. You can alter other users' reputation by pressing an icon next to the "Was this post helpful?" in a topic. Up rep should be given whenever a reply is useful or helped you out. Down rep should only be given when a reply is blatantly incorrect or pointless. It should not be used as retribution, or to indicate disagreement.

Normally, it takes between 24-48 hours to review a submitted file. Depending on the type of upload and the size, it may take slightly longer. Once this process has been completed, you will receive an email. BBCode (or Bulletin Board Code) is the standard forum markup language used to format posts. It allows users to post links, emoticons and images without the danger of allowing HTML that could exploit the website. You can find the list of current supported BBCode here.

Our average support response time is no longer than 32 hours under extentuating circumstances. Usually tickets are answered in under 24 hours, and any tickets which do not receive an answer in this timeframe are escalated automatically.
As a general rule, user accounts are not renamed. Accounts at StrongholdNation do not, and will not get deleted, and posts will not get removed. Edit times are also restricted to prevent users from taking advatage. For more information, please see this topic.
For the reason you have been banned, please login to view it, or check your email. If no message has been left, contact support who will be able to give you a clearer insight into the reason.
If your account was banned temporary, this was a warning. We will not usually re-examine this duration. If you believe this circumstance should be reconsidered, please create a support ticket and management will reconsider this decision on a case-by-case basis.
Permanently banned users are not usually given access to their account again, without extenuating circumstances. Regardless, you must provide a clear reason why your account should be unbanned.
